The Lužiny apartment buildings are located in close proximity to the Lužiny metro station (line B) and a shopping center. Two apartment buildings offer the comfort of excellent civic amenities and perfect transportation accessibility for future residents of apartments with layouts of 1+kitchen corner, 2+kitchen corner, and 3+kitchen corner.
The offer is complemented by an adequate number of parking spaces and commercial areas with separate street entrances. An additional advantage is the proximity to the Central Stodůlky Park, offering opportunities for sports and leisure activities.

The apartments will provide future residents with a high standard of living: quality craftsmanship using advanced construction technologies, emphasis on low energy consumption, bathrooms equipped with premium fixtures, high-quality floor finishes, and modern interior door designs. The equipment includes provisions for a smart home system and exterior roller shutters.
