A topping-out ceremony was held at the Alfa building – the glajcha on the roof marks the traditional celebration of completing the rough construction phase.

The rough construction of the Alfa apartment building is being completed with the 15th floor while the construction crane number 2 is being dismantled.

Lužiny alfa, a.s. has entered into a financing agreement for the project with PPF bank. This new partnership replaces the previous cooperation with upvest s.r.o.

Jsme seznámeni se skutečností, že Nejvyšší správní soud rozhodl k žalobě PD Lužiny z.s. a spol. tak, že zrušil územní rozhodnutí z 28.6. 2021 a věc vrátil Magistrátu hlavního města k dalšímu řízení. Rozhodnutí soudu je založeno čistě na procesních důvodech, kdy dospěl k závěru, že stanovisko EIA, tvořící jeden z podkladů pro územní rozhodnutí, nebylo řádně procesně přezkoumáno v rámci odvolání žalobců. Zároveň soud neshledal důvodnou žádnou z věcných námitek vznesených žalobci. Naše společnosti nebyly účastníky soudního řízení, přičemž jsme však s ohledem na všechny nám známé skutečnosti přesvědčeni, že MŽP jako odvolací orgán stanovisko EIA jako správné, obdobně jako při již provedeném přezkumu, znovu potvrdí. Územní řízení na projekt probíhalo řadu let a v jeho rámci byly všechny aspekty a zákonem chráněné zájmy detailně a opakovaně posouzeny všemi kompetentními orgány a jsme proto přesvědčeni o tom, že se jedná o procesní záležitost, kdy náprava soudem zjištěného pochybení bude zjednána v rámci přezkoumání stanoviska EIA.

Je zásadní zdůraznit, že obě vydaná a pravomocná stavební povolení jsou nadále plně platná a účinná, nebyla výše uvedeným jakkoliv zpochybněna a výstavba projektu řádně pokračuje v souladu s harmonogramem.

Potvrzující rozhodnutí ze dne 9.7.2025

Magistrát hlavního města Prahy, odbor stavebního řádu, jako odvolací správní orgán rozhodl dne 9.7.2025 ve věci odvolání proti územnímu rozhodnutí o umístění stavby „Polyfunkční centrum Lužiny, bytové domy Alfa a Beta“ dostavba OC Lužiny, v lokalitě ul. Archeologická, Praha 13 – Stodůlky, č.j. : MHMP 579114/2025 (“Rozhodnutí”).
Magistrát hlavního města Prahy tímto Rozhodnutím neshledal důvody pro zrušení původní rozhodnutí odboru stavebního Úřadu městské části Praha 13 ze dne 9.10.2018, č.j.: P13-35262/2018, které tímto Rozhodnutím potvrdil. Odvolání podaná obyvateli a společenstvími vlastníků jednotek z okolí byla zamítnuta jako nedůvodná. Rozhodnutí je nyní pravomocné a nelze se proti němu dále odvolat. Rozhodnutí potvrzuje, že tento projekt splňuje veškeré zákonné i podzákonné požadavky, a že je v souladu s územně plánovací dokumentací včetně plošné i prostorové regulace i s podmínkami EIA.

Lužiny alfa, a.s. signed a loan agreement for project financing with upvest s.r.o., whose majority owner is Komerční banka, part of the international Société Générale Group.

The sale of apartments in the ALFA apartment building officially started.
The official website www.bdluziny.cz was launched, along with an advertising campaign to support the sale of apartment units in the Lužiny Apartment Buildings project.

Following the results of the tender, Metrostav was selected as the general contractor for the construction of the ALFA apartment building.
Metrostav a.s. is a financially strong and stable construction company with the capability to implement projects across various sectors.
