How to proceed - step by step

We are happy to assist you in navigating the wide range of apartments based on your requirements and financial possibilities.

  • Meeting at the Client Center

    We will introduce you to the project, the offered apartments, and the standards. If a particular apartment catches your interest, you can use a five-day non-binding reservation to think it over.

  • Contract Terms

    Are you interested in buying an apartment? We will gladly familiarize you with the contractual terms that define the basic obligations for us as the developer (seller) and for you as the buyer.

  • Securing Financing

    Our cooperating mortgage advisors will gladly help you secure a mortgage loan. Or they will advise you on how to invest your financial resources during the construction of the purchased apartment.

  • Reservation

    The first binding step is signing the reservation agreement. The reservation period is 30 days, and the reservation deposit of 200,000 CZK becomes part of the purchase price.

  • Future Purchase Agreement

    By a future purchase agreement, the developer undertakes, under clearly defined conditions, to construct and hand over the finished apartment to the buyer for use, and the buyer undertakes to purchase the apartment under these conditions. After concluding this contract, you pay an installment of 10% of the purchase price.

  • Selection of Standard Apartment Equipment

    In the Beta building, you still have the option to choose floors, interior doors, wall coverings, bathroom tiles, and fixtures. In the Alpha building, the construction has already progressed to the stage where client changes can no longer be implemented.

  • Pre-Acceptance

    We will visit the completed apartment together and inspect it. The purpose of this process is to identify any defects before signing the purchase contract.

  • Purchase Agreement

    After the final approval (occupancy permit) is issued, we will invite you to pay the remaining part of the purchase price. Once it has been paid, we will sign the purchase agreement with you and arrange for the submission of the application for registration of the transfer of ownership rights in the Land Register. After signing the purchase agreement, we will hand over the apartment for your use.
