The walls in the living areas are made of ceramic brick with plastered finishes in the standard white color.
The ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and WC will be installed up to the height of the drywall ceiling, with grey grout. The bathrooms will also feature large-format mirrors.
The entrance door to the apartment is a security door of class RC 3, equipped with a solid hardwood frame, a special fire-resistant core, and a steel plate. The door is fitted with a three-point lock and equipped with three adjustable hinges and six passive pins that prevent the door from being removed. The entrance door set also includes a security fire-rated steel door frame and security hardware.
The interior doors are equipped with a solid wood frame and a honeycomb particleboard core, finished with CPL (Continuous Pressure Laminate) surface treatment.
They are flush doors, featuring two hinges and hardware.
The windows are made of plastic profiles with insulating triple glazing, equipped with full perimeter hardware. The interior side is white, while the exterior is in a grey shade. Exterior sills are aluminum, and the interior sills are made of white plastic.
The apartments are equipped with electrically operated external roller shutters on the windows facing the east, south, and west sides of the building.
The bathroom fixtures are dependent on the type of bathroom in the apartment unit.
Sinks and washbasins are white ceramic with a designer siphon. Wall-hung WC with a white bowl and a white seat featuring a soft-close mechanism. The bathtub is a white acrylic built-in model. The shower tray is made of white composite material.
The bathroom is equipped with lever faucets for the sink, bathtub, and shower, including a shower set, all in a standard chrome finish. An upgraded black finish is available for an additional cost.
The heating system includes white steel panel radiators with a thermostatic valve in the living areas, and a combined heated towel rail with a thermostatic valve in the bathroom.
Heat Consumption Measurement
Heat consumption is measured using a proportional heat meter (calorimeter) with remote reading.
Ventilation is provided by direct extraction fans in the bathroom and WC. Selected apartment units are pre-equipped for air conditioning.
Interior doors to the bathroom and WC are fitted with ventilation cuts to ensure proper air circulation. The doors to the storage room will also be equipped with ventilation vents to ensure proper airflow.
